For Parents/Relatives of Transgender and Gender-Fluid Youth
A THERAPY SUPPORT GROUP
Does your child or young adult identify as gender fluid, non-binary or transgender? Are you looking for a support group with other adults that are going through similar experiences? Are you looking for a safe and nurturing environment to process your feelings, your pain or fears? Are you looking for good providers, professional resources and how to navigate your way through this journey?
The cares and concerns of the group members will lead the discussion and Casey Weitzman, M.A., L.M.F.T. of Gender Wellness of Los Angeles — a licensed marriage and family therapist for almost 25 years, counseling children and adults who are exploring gender identity and/or sexual orientation issues — will moderate.
Cost = $60/person/week. Will meet weekly in West Los Angeles, conveniently right off Interstate 405 (at Olympic Blvd), Monday nights, 6:00-7:30 pm.

Casey Weitzman is the Director of Gender Wellness of Los Angeles and has been a licensed marriage and family therapist for almost 25 years, counseling children and adults who are exploring gender identity and/or sexual orientation issues. She is an active member of WPATH (World Professional Association of Transgender Health), CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists), and AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists).
