Our Statement of Support During the LA Fires… In light of the devastating fires affecting California, our hearts go out to all those who are impacted. We want you to know that you are not alone during this challenging time.

Gender Wellness of Los Angeles is committed to supporting relief efforts and providing resources and assistance where we can. Throughout this crisis, GWLA will continue in our commitment to providing the highest level of care to our beloved Trans and Non-binary communities, as well as everyone who is affected by these devastating fires.

LGBTQIA+ Resources During the LA Fires

For the past 7 days, Los Angeles has been facing historic, record-breaking levels of high winds and fires.

  • Palisades Fire — 13% contained.
  • Eaton Fire — 33% contained.
  • Hurst & Kenneth Fires — 80% contained.
  • Sunset Fire — 100% contained

Though, more fires are starting everyday. From Ventura to San Diego county, the entire Southern California area is on high alert.
