Kate Logan, Associate Therapist (She/Her)

here to help guide you on THE path to your most authentic self

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #138521) who is passionate about providing affirmative therapy that honors and celebrates the richness of each individual’s identity and experience. Whether you’re exploring your gender, seeking support during transition, struggling with relationships, or simply want to become your most authentic self, I am here to help illuminate your path.

My work with clients focuses on fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and developing an understanding of how our past and current environments influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside clients to uncover personal insights and develop strategies for overcoming challenges. I also work with families and parents of LGBTQIA+ children, offering support and guidance to enhance understanding and communication between family members.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in LGBT-Affirmative Psychology from Antioch University and completed my training at Maple Counseling, where I worked with adults, adolescents, and families. My education included specialized training in working with LGBTQIA+ clients addressing a range of matters including gender identity, HIV status, intersex variations, non-monogamous relationships, internalized homo/bi/transphobia, religious trauma, and domestic violence.

I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

Supervised by Grace O’Connor, LMFT #128074.

I can’t wait to join you on your journey!
